  1. Not doing a damn thing to be a part of the team or do any of the work we spent doing the last six months and when they announce us for an award, you get up and accept it for everyone.

      Who sent me the following message to my lj inbox in response to this.

dude, if you're real, you need to brush up on your netiquette before randomly replying to people's journals. she wasn't looking for a response from your company, she was just venting her frustrations. she's perfectly capable of contacting comcast herself if she feels there's an issue. we don't write in a journal hoping that the party we're writing about is hovering over our shoulder ready to respond, customer service doesn't extend over the internet in that way. that's creepy. your journal has all the markings of being a fake, anyway, and if it's not a fake that proves my point: you need to familiarize yourselves with the website before assuming it's ok to troll it for annoyed customers you can "assist."


sorry to butt into this somewhat private issue, janaye, i'm just very weirded out by this whole thing. you should probably flock your lj. your profile says it is but the posts don't actually seem to be.
